Our UK based Service Hub houses our distribution centre, in-house repair facility and expert technical team. It is our only approved repair centre for LiNX, R-series and Rhino2 control systems, and for legacy DX, DX2 and Shark products.

Repair & Refurbishment

We provide certified repair and refurbishment services for current and legacy Allient New Zealand products, maintaining quality and performance throughout their lifecycle.

Technical Support

Direct access to experienced technical specialists for diagnostics, configuration and troubleshooting. Practical guidance from people who know the products in-depth.

Collection & Advanced Exchange

A collection service is available on request. Where downtime is critical, advanced exchange can also be arranged on request, talk to our team about your requirements.

Fast UK Turnaround

Single unit returns are typically completed within 24–48 hours of arriving at our UK facility, so equipment is back in service quickly and downtime for users is kept to a minimum.

Training & Integration Help

OEMs and healthcare professionals receive full support integrating our latest systems, including LiNX and the upcoming MANTA, into their designs.

Legacy Product Assistance

While our DX and Shark products are no longer sold, we continue to support them through the Support Hub with materials, tools, and service options.

We accept both warranty and non-warranty units. If a unit is outside warranty, we will assess it and confirm the work required before we proceed.

If we find no fault in a warranty repair a NFF charge will apply. We will provide you with this cost when a service return is ordered.

The serial number can be found at the bottom of the product.
