and Activation

With advanced customisation options and intuitive one-touch activation, LiNX Memory Positions transforms the memory seating experience. Therapists can effortlessly configure optimal seating positions tailored to individual client needs, while clients enjoy seamless access to their personalized settings.

Streamline Maintenance with Cost Efficiency

Designed with simplicity in mind, LiNX Memory Positions requires no intricate actuator calibration or specialized modules. This reduces maintenance complexity and in-service costs, ensuring manufacturers and service providers can maintain high performance with minimal effort.

Memory seating made simple

LiNX Memory Positions is a cost-efficient and effortless solution for manufacturers to incorporate advanced memory seating into their wheelchair designs, with no additional software development, actuators, tools or devices required.

No additional software development

Integrate memory seating into your existing wheelchair designs without additional or costly software development.

No additional
actuators

Utilise existing actuators without the need to add specialised encoders. Simply add LiNX angle sensors where required to implement LiNX Memory Positions.

No additional
tools, devices or apps

Angle sensing technology, paired with actuator control algorithms, allows clients to easily move to stored positions through the touch of a button or use of the joystick. Removing the need for costly third-party tools.

Implementing LiNX Memory Positions

LiNX Memory Positions is designed to be a simple solution to integrate advanced memory seating in wheelchair design. For manufacturers, there are just a few components to connect to make memory seating a reality:

1. Angle Sensors

Angle sensing technology, built into LiNX actuator modules (DLX-ACT200 and DLX-ACT400) or individual sensors (DLX-TILT200), is used alongside smart algorithms to move clients to stored positions.

2. Power and actuator modules

Smart algorithms included in the LiNX system can control the speed and direction of multiple actuators, connected to LiNX power modules or LiNX actuator modules, to move the client from one position to another without multiple user-adjustments.

3. User input

Control the memory position from a touch display remote module (joystick) – REM400/500 or a standard remote module – REM2xx. Set up direct access to a memory position with a LiNX 10-way switch or an external switch.

4. User feedback

User feedback is provided through the remote modules. On standard remote modules, LEDs keep the user informed from activation through to completion. In addition, display remote modules (REM400/500) offer a memory position identifier as well the an angle of a specific angle sensor.

5. Updateable memory positions

Users, through their remote module, can update memory positions (if enabled) to personal preferences without special programming tools. Therapists can lock positions for specific users or clinical reasons.

LiNX Memory Positions provides clients with the ability to move easily and confidently to advanced seating positions required for their health and well-being with one-touch activation of either a joystick or switch.
